I. Registration for admissions in various classes takes place as follows:<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

a) <\/strong><\/span><\/b>Foundation Stage: Starts from December.<\/p>

b) <\/strong><\/span>Primary Section: Last Week of April.<\/p>

c) <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/b>Secondary Section: As per Government Regulations.<\/p>

d) <\/strong><\/span>Hr. Secondary Section: As per Government Regulations.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

II. Application for admission to various classes should be made to the Section Head of the school.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
  • A pupil seeking admission in SNEH, LKG, UKG or Std. I must submit a photocopy of the birth certificate to support the date of birth. \u00a0<\/li>
  • A pupil seeking admission in Std. I to std XII must submit the following:
    • a photocopy of the result or the last school examination appeared.<\/li>
    • an L.C. from \u00a0the \u00a0school \u00a0last \u00a0attended (in case of a pupil is from outside Gujarat State, the L.C. submitted must be countersigned by the Inspector of Schools from the city he\/she comes).<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
    • Students seeking admissions in Std. X & Std. XII must procure necessary permission from the District Education Officer.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t

      III. Admission Criteria\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

      a) <\/strong><\/span>Appropriate age.<\/span><\/p>

      b) <\/strong><\/span>Medical fitness as per school standard is a must.<\/span><\/p>

      c) <\/strong>Proximity of student’s residence to school especially in preprimary & primary section.<\/span><\/p>

      d) <\/strong>Submission of an application to school does not guarantee admission. Admission to any class is subject to vacancies.<\/span><\/p>

      e)<\/strong> Admission may be revoked in case of incorrect information being submitted to the school.<\/span><\/p>

      f) <\/strong><\/span>Admission granted to the school will be considered final and student seeking admission to any other branch of the Baroda High Schools at a later date will be considered a fresh admission and not an Inter School” Transfer” .<\/p>

      g) <\/strong>Decision of the school on any matter related to admission, is final and binding to all the applicants.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      IV. Withdrawals\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

      a) <\/strong><\/span>A student can withdraw his \/her name from the school on filling up the School Prescribed Withdrawal form asking for the School Leaving Certificate. The same should be filled up and submitted to the school office by giving at least one month’s notice or the necessary notice fee in lieu of the notice.<\/p>

      b)<\/strong> Before applying for the School Leaving certificate the parents must ensure <\/span><\/p>

      1. Payment of all dues<\/span><\/li>
      2. Return of Library Books<\/span><\/li>
      3. Lab\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Material<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

        c) <\/strong><\/span>Parents applying for School Leaving certificate in April will be issued the certificate only on the Result Day of the school.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
